Patty has twenty years in 12-step programs, along with 16-years professional counseling.  “How can I assist anyone else in identifying what works, if I haven’t identified the non-working parts of my own life, replacing them with practices and solutions that truly design a Life that I dream of.”

I’ve been through many years of family, friends, teens, and executives having something “standing in the way of their greatness” and cannot see what it is.  My purpose is to “Assist Myself and Others’ in Removing Conditions that Stand in the Way of Greatness, with Clarity and Results!”

Life 101 Coaching is owned and operated by Patricia Linson.  Ms. Linson is dedicated to the practice of coaching, deriving value from “what’s next” vs. “what happened.” Ms. Linson knows the power of “the drift” when we get caught up in “our story” and the impact of powerful declarations.

Life 101 Coaching spawned from family members suffering from addiction, and bringing the disease to the “whole family.”  We know addiction is a family disease.  We all have a part to play.  Oftentimes, when the drama of the addiction has ceased, we recreate patterns over and over again to support the belief system that we learned from that dynamic.  Generational patterns exist and she is committed to breaking outside comfort zones seizing healing and new ways of thinking.  "I invite you to contact me and see if coaching is something that you are open and ready to commit to. "
